Buildings modelled and rendered from your plans.

What this is for

Selling or getting approval for something before it has been built. A render lets people who do not read drawings see what is proposed — buyers, committees, investors, or a client choosing between two options. Its accuracy depends entirely on what it was modelled from, which is why plans and material choices matter more than the software does. It is also the cheapest point at which to discover that something does not look the way everyone had assumed.

What it covers

  • Exterior and interior renders

Still images from the viewpoints that matter — the approach, the main elevation, and the rooms a decision actually rests on.

  • Walkthrough animation

A moving pass through the model, for the cases where the relationship between spaces is the thing that needs to be understood.

  • Materials and lighting

Finishes, glazing and light set to match the real specification, and agreed at draft quality before the final renders are produced.

  • Plans turned into a model

Drawings, elevations and dimensions built into an accurate three-dimensional model rather than an impression of one.

What you end up with

  • Exterior and interior stills

From the viewpoints agreed in advance, at resolutions that hold up in print as well as on screen.

  • A walkthrough animation

Rendered and edited, with the route through the model chosen for what it explains rather than for length.

  • Materials and lighting agreed before the render

Signed off at draft quality, so the expensive final pass is not spent producing a corrected version.

  • Files at print resolution

Large enough for boards, brochures and submissions, not only for a screen.

What we need from you

  • Plans, drawings or a model

Whatever exists, at whatever stage. The accuracy of the output is limited by the accuracy of this input.

  • Materials and finishes, where they are chosen

Where they are not yet chosen, the render is produced against a stated assumption rather than an invented one.

  • What the images are being used for

A submission, a sales brochure and an investor deck each want different viewpoints and a different emphasis.
